Add POD Member - Existing System User
Pre-conditions
- Must have a scenario open that contains at least one POD
- An email address or username of a user that exists in the system
Steps
- In the POD's Info tab, click Manage POD Members
- Manage POD Members dialog is displayed
- Enter the email address or username of a user who exists in the system
- Click Add
- The email address or username is cleared from the input box and added to the list of participants
- Click OK
Post-conditions
- An email is sent to the user's email address. The message contains an invitation to the scenario (user already exists in the system, so it MUST NOT contain information about how to register)
- When the user logs in to the system, the scenario will be visible in the user's list of scenarios/calendar (green background to indicate user is a POD member)
- If the current date is between the scenario's start and end datetimes, the user can go in to the scenario immediately
Exceptions
- Warning: if this is the second user being added in the POD, admin is warned that a decision maker must be assigned to all injects for that POD
- Error message: if a username was entered (i.e., it's not parsable as an email address) and that username does not correspond to a user that exists in the system
