Lock POD
Pre-conditions
- Admin must have a scenario open that contains at least one POD (Add POD)
- The POD's state must be unlocked (Unlock POD); in the POD's Info tab, the button tool tip says Lock this POD and the icon shows an open lock ()
- In a different browser, POD must be logged in to the scenario (POD Login)
Steps
- In admin, in the POD's Info tab, click Lock this POD.
Post-conditions
- In admin, in the POD's Info tab, the button says Unlock this POD and the icon shows a closed lock ()
- In the POD, a dialog box appears with a message saying that the POD is locked and only the admin support chat works
- In the POD, user cannot access any features except admin support chat
