Answer SME Question

Pre-conditions

• In admin:
  • must have a scenario open that contains at least one POD (Add POD)
  • POD must have sent a SME question
  • The Alerts dialog is closed and there are no unread alerts
  • The POD's SME tab is NOT open
• In POD, must be logged in to the scenario (POD Login)

Steps

1. In the POD, send a SME question.
   • In Admin, on the Alerts button, a red circle is displayed with the number 1 in it
2. In Admin, click Alerts
   • Alerts dialog appears showing list of notifications
   • list contains link with POD name and type of message (e.g., "POD 1 qna")
3. Click the link
   • The red circle and the number 1 are removed from the Alerts button
   • POD's SME tab is displayed and scrolls automatically to the new question
   • under question is the label "answer: " with a [Click to answer] link
4. Click the [Click to answer] link
   • The link changes to a box
5. Type an answer and press ENTER
   • The box disappears and the answer text is displayed next to the "answer: " label

Post-conditions

• The red circle and the number 1 are removed from the Alerts button
