Create Drawable Canvas Resource

Pre-conditions

• Must be logged in (Admin Login)

Steps

1. Click Build -> Resource Library
2. Click New Resource
   • The New Resource dialog appears
3. Enter a name for the resource
4. In the list box, select Drawable Canvas (1.0)
   • The following are displayed under the list box:
   • Instructions (displayed above the image) Background image URL
   • List of drawing tools:
     • Pencil
     • Eraser
     • Line
     • Rectangle
     • Ellipse
     • Text
     • Pan
     • Eyedropper
   • Instructions (displayed beneath the image)
5. Enter the instructions to show above the image
6. Enter the URL of the image to display in the canvas
7. Click each drawing tool you want to display
8. Enter the instructions to show under the image
9. Click Create

Post-conditions

• The name of the new resource is added to the list of resources in the Resource Library

Exceptions

• Error message displayed: You must enter a name.
• Error message displayed: A resource with that name already exists.
• Error message displayed: You must enter a URL
