Open Template

Pre-conditions

• Must be logged in (Admin Login)

Steps

1. Click Deliver -> Open Scenario
   • Open Scenario dialog is displayed
   • Scenarios option is selected by default
   • Scenario list contains list of the client's scenarios
2. Select the Templates option
   • Scenario list contains list of the client's templates
3. Select a template
4. Click Open

Post-conditions

• MSEL area is displayed
• The scenario (template) name is displayed in the upper left hand corner
• In the Build menu, all items are enabled
• In the Deliver menu, the following items are not enabled:
  • Broadcast Message
  • Export Scenario Decisions
  • Reset Scenario
• The scenario's PODs, columns, and injects are loaded properly
• Inject statuses are all set to locked
• There are no communications (no pod messages, emails, support messages, group chats, etc.)
• The alerts dialog is empty
• The Go To Conference Room button is disabled
• There is no Scenario Status
• There are no buttons to start/end scenario and edit lobby message

Exceptions

• Scenario name contains special characters (SQL or UTF-8): SQL characters should be escaped in DB (and unescaped before display), UTF characters preserved.
