Reset Scenario
Pre-conditions
- Scenario must have at least two PODs
- Each POD must have one of each of the following:
- fired task inject (Fire Scenario Inject (Task))
- support message
- SME question and answer
- email message
- group chat containing at least one message
Steps
- Click Deliver -> Reset Scenario
- Reset Scenario dialog appears
- Select one of the PODs
- Click Delete all items in the selected PODs
- Click Reset
Post-conditions
- the dialog is closed
- task injects in the selected POD are reverted to (Ready) and decisions are removed
- task injects in the other POD are unchanged
- supported messages are deleted in selected POD, unchanged in the other POD
- SME Q&As are deleted in selected POD, unchanged in the other POD
- incoming email messages are deleted in selected POD, unchanged in the other POD
- group chats and all group chat messages are deleted in ALL PODs
Exceptions
Error message: You must select at least one POD Error message: You must select the item types you want to delete
