Select Speaker
Pre-conditions
- In one browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome), logged in as admin in a scenario open that contains multiple PODs
- In a different browser, logged in to one of the PODs
- The conference room is open ( Open Conference Room )
Steps
- In admin, in the POD list on the right, locate a POD that is not currently the speaker
- if the POD's microphone is blue, it is the speaker
- if the POD's microphone icon is grey, it is not the speaker
- Click the POD's webcam thumbnail
- The POD's menu is displayed
- Click Make Speaker
Post-conditions
- In the POD, the POD's microphone icon changes to blue
- All other PODs are muted
- The previous speaker's microphone icon changes to grey
