Receive Email
Pre-conditions
User must be logged in At least one email has been sent to this POD from another POD in this scenario. When the message arrives, the Email button turns red and the number of unread email messages is displayed on the button
Steps
- Click Email button
- Email area is displayed: New Message button at the top Inbox (selected by default), Drafts, and Sent tabs Each tab shows the messages in that folder Inbox has Subject, From, and Sent columns Drafts has Subject, To, and Sent columns Sent has Subject, To, and Sent columns
- In the Inbox tab, the received message subject is displayed in bold at the end (bottom) of the list. Click the message. The message is displayed: Reply, Reply All, and Forward buttons at the top From shows the name of the POD who sent the message To shows this POD's name Subject shows the message subject Body text area contains the message body All fields are disabled
Post-conditions
When Inbox is viewed again, received message is no longer shown in bold
