Add Group Chat Participant

Pre-conditions

User must be logged in The POD is a member of at least one Group Chat The chat room does not include all PODs in the scenario

Steps

Method 1

1. Click Chat button
   • The group chats area is displayed
2. In the "My Chats" list, click a chat room
   • Main chat area on the right shows the chat room
   • title at the top is (<pod member name 1>, <pod member name 2>, ..., Add...)
3. In the title, click Add button
   • Add Group Chat Member dialog is displayed:
   • List shows all PODs that are not already members of the chat room
4. Select one or more members
5. Click Add

Method 2

1. Click Chat button
   • The group chats area is displayed
2. In the "My Chats" list, find a chat room, and in its title, click Add button
   • Add Group Chat Member dialog is displayed:
   • List shows all PODs that are not already members of the chat room
3. Select one or more members
4. Click Add

Post-conditions

• In the "My Chats" list, the chat room title is updated with the new member(s)
• When the chat room is displayed, the chat room title is updated with the new member(s)
• If there were still PODs available to add, the Add buttons are still visible
• If there were no more PODs to add, the Add button are not visible
