POD Send Praxis Support Message

Pre-conditions

• POD must be logged in

Steps

1. Click Praxis Support link
   • Ask Praxis Support chat area is displayed containing:
   • list of existing messages to and from admin, sorted in chronological order (oldest first)
   • box to enter chat message
   • Send button
2. Enter your message in the box
3. Click Send button or press ENTER

Post-conditions

• message text disappears from the box
• message text is added at the bottom of the message list
